対象：1) システム創成学・原子力国際専攻の留学生・研究員およびその配偶者
　　　2) 入門レベルの日本語を学習して、ひらがな・カタカナを習得した人。

1) Foreign students and researchers, who are assigned to the departments of Systems Innovation and Nuclear Engineering and Management and their spouses
